One of our owners, Phoenix James, has been in the SW industry for over 7 years and started stripping in 2018. She is also the owner of Erotica, a dance curriculum based on her years in the club and now an instructor certification designed specifically to be taught by experienced strippers. In forming Aerial Alliance, it has been very important to both owners that strippers and those in the SW industry feel represented, welcomed and safe. In addition to this, they want to consistently provide educational opportunities for the civilian pole industry on how to best support strippers/SWers.
